RECERTIFICATION

For newcomers to the online portal, after you have created a username/password you MUST send an email to [email protected] so that your login can be connected to your company’s profile. This will give you access to the recertification application.

Recertification

• Complete Recertification Application.
• Submit Current Copy of Taxes, application and recertification fee to our offices for review.
• Any recertification application that is missing taxes will not be processed.***
• Submit recertification fee.

• Class 1 – $270.00 – Under $1,000,000 (Gross Sales)
• Class 2 – $400.00 – $1,000,001 to $10,000,000 (Gross Sales)
• Class 3 – $650.00 – $10,000,001 to $50,000,000 (Gross Sales)
• Class 4 – $800.00 – $50,000,001 and Over (Gross Sales)
