Developing Strategic Imperatives for the Council.
The Council, chaired by Keith Connolly (AT&T), builds upon its foundation of success by developing and implementing Strategic Imperatives designed for deeper focus on the needs of all stakeholders. With the support of John Lozano and the Raytheon team, the Council Strategic task force develops 14 strategic imperatives. The task force’s suggestion to the Board of Directors is to concentrate on five key SIs.
