DESCRIPTION: This Q&A session is only for applicants who have questions/inquiries of the certification application process AFTER having watched the Pre-Certification Video above.
During the Q&A session, each person will be put into a Waiting Room. Once selected, you will have 4 – 8 minutes (depending upon how many registrants are in the waiting room) to speak and ask questions. Thank you in advance for your patience. You must have questions ready when selected.
